  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds once a product has been purchased.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

We only provide support in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product, or
  • You received the wrong item

In such cases:

After verification, we will:

  • (Refunds are only considered if a replacement is not possible)

3. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
    • A similar product, or
    • A refund at our discretion

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept any requests for:

  • Minor color/design variations (due to screen differences)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Requests raised after the 1-day window

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped
